Must be able to connect the dots to build integrated, inspiring and insightful category growth stories to inform business decisions. Insights leadership: Provide fact-based, strategic, shopper-centric points of view to inspire deeper shopper understanding. Communicate the voice of the shopper including attitudes, behaviors, motivations, barriers and pain points.
